For investors

Inbank is the fastest growing bank in Estonia. Fast development calls for investments in the capital base, which is why we issued subordinated bonds. This is how we involved the private and institutional investors who share Inbank’s ambitions of growth in our success story. Bonds were issued in the amount of 6.5 million euros and the securities are listed at the Tallinn Stock Exchange starting from 3 October 2016.

Priit Põldoja

"The Estonian banking market is profitable, well capitalised and an interesting investment opportunity. Strengthening the financial position of Inbank is not the only goal of the bond issue, as we also want to give a boost to the Estonian stock exchange."

Priit Põldoja

Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Inbank
