Identification at Omniva offices
As a bank we a have an obligation to physically identify you when establishing the initial client relationship. To this end, please choose the Omniva (Eesti Post) office closest to you. If you wish to lend up to 15,000 EUR, you can also identity yourself using a webcam through Veriff.Which Omniva offices can I turn to?
How is identify ascertained?
Fill out the registration application available in the internet bank and choose your preferred Omniva office from the list.
You can then visit the chosen Omniva after submitting your application. We will notify the office of your visit in advance. Remember to bring an identity document (ID card or passport). If possible, visit the Omniva office within one week.
If you wish to lend up to 15,000 EUR for the first time, you can also identity yourself using a webcam through Veriff.
